Après un mois d’absence, me revoilà !
Vous ne pensiez quand même pas échapper à ma petite coutume annuelle … Le moodboard spécial Halloween !
Chaque année, ils se ressemblent, tout en étant différents.
La famille Addams et l’univers de Tim Burton sont toujours au rendez-vous. Le cinéma Hoolywoodien se mêle aux pin ups en noir & blanc. Un peu de sorcellerie et de Poudlard, sans oublier le fameux manoir hanté !
Ah ce fameux manoir ! A l’origine, le Bates Motel dans le film Psychose de Hitchcock ( qui existe toujours et est visible lors du Universal tour ) , lui même inspiré du tableau » The House by the Railroad » de Edward Hopper et de la maison créé par l’illustrateur Charles Addams pour sa très fameuse Famille Addams. De nombreuses « maisons mères » à l’origine de notre Phantom Manor à Disneyland Paris !
Cette année, je vous gâte avec pas loin de 80 photos. Et oui, quand on aime, on ne compte pas.
Cela devrait vous faire patienter jusqu’à notre séance Halloween avec Louise et Pauline, une tradition elle aussi !

Every year, they look alike, but each of them are different.
The Addams Family and Tim Burton character are always here. Old Hollywood stars mingle with sexy Pin Ups. A little witchcraft, Hogwarts, without forgetting the haunted Mansion !
ah, this famous mansion ! Originally, the Bates Motel in Hitchcock’s Psycho ( that you can still see on the Universal Tour ), itself inspired by Edward Hopper’s » House by the Railroad » and the house that Charles Addams created for its famous Addams Family. Many » mother houses » that resulted into our Phantom Manor in Disneyland Paris !
This year, I’m spoiling you with more than 80 photos. Yep, you don’t count when you love !
And it should keep you waiting until our photoshoot with Louise and Pauline, a tradition too !

Comme l’année dernière et l’année d’avant, Louise Pauline et moi nous sommes retrouvées pour réaliser un shooting spécial Halloween.
Le thème de cette année ? Le monde de Tim Burton.
L’étrange Noël de Mr Jack fêtant ses 20 ans, c’était le moment parfait!
A l’aide d’une super équipe de coiffeurs et maquilleurs, ce fut des transformations complètes pour certains personnages… au point où nous avions du mal à nous reconnaître.

Faithful to our Halloween ritual ( See last year and the year before ), Louise, Pauline and I worked on a new photoshoot.
What were we up to this year ? The world of Tim Burton !
The Nightmare before Christmas just turned 20 years, so it seemed like the perfect time.
With the amazing work of a great hair and makeup team, the transformations into the characters were breathtaking. It was almost impossible to recognize us.
Now it’s showtime. Happy Halloween !

Halloween is Coming !
Comme chaque année, je vous ai concocté un article d’inspiration.
Alors attention, car c’est vraiment un très gros post, et il y a beaucoup de photos.
J’ai un dossier spécial sur mon ordi, où je collecte ce qui me plaît tout au long de l’année.
Autant vous dire que j’attends toujours ce moment avec beaucoup d’impatience!
J’adore trouver sur le net des captures d’écran des films de la Hammer, des gifs tirés des films de Tim Burton, la famille Addams bien sûr, les bons vieux classiques avec Dracula et Frankenstein et partager tout ça ici avec vous.
Rajoutons à cela quelques pin-ups habillées en sorcières, des chats noirs, des manoirs hantés et la voix de Vincent Price, et nous avons un Halloween parfait !

So let me tell you that I’m always waiting impatiently for this moment!
I love finding screenshots of Hammer films, gifs from Tim Burton movies, the Addams Family of course, the good old classics with Dracula and Frankenstein and share all that here with you !
Just add a few pin-ups dressed as witches, black cats, creepy haunted mansions and the voice of Vincent Price, and you have the perfect Halloween!
