Et voici mes dernières photos sur les Maldives.
J’en retiens un souvenir assez différent de l’habituelle carte postale ciel bleu et maisons sur pilotis, car lorsque j’étais là bas, il a souvent plu.
Il y a eu deux énormes orages pendant mon séjour, dont un tellement violent que le bruit de l’averse m’a réveillé au beau milieu de la nuit.
Mais curieusement, cela ne me dérange pas. J’aime cette atmosphère humide, où il n’y a même pas besoin de se couvrir vraiment pour traverser les gouttes de pluies, tant la température est agréable.
Et puis une chose que j’adore, c’est regarder les petites perles transparentes fraîchement déposées sur la végétation, ça me fascine !
Il y avait une piscine dans l’hôtel qui se prêtait merveilleusement bien à cette ambiance tropicale, le bleu de son fond n’en était que plus beau par temps gris.
Un autre endroit sympa de l’île, c’était le spa. Avec ses petites maison individuelles séparées par un joli chemin tournicotant, la composition du lieu était originale et apaisante. Son bassin peuplé de très beaux nénuphars embrumés par les gouttes de pluie m’a également occupé pendant une bonne demi heure. Fascinée je vous dit !
Un grand merci au Beach House Iruveli pour son accueil et pour avoir fait de mon premier séjour aux Maldives une expérience inoubliable.

And here is my final articles about the Maldives !
Even though the most common image of the maldives is composed of a blue sky and water villas, my own experience was quite different because while I was there, it rained a lot.
There were two huge storms during my stay, and one of them was so violent that the noise of the falling rain woke me up in the middle of the night.
But curiously, that doesn’t bother me at all. I love this wet atmosphere because the temperature is still very pleasant, and you don’t even really need to cover up with something warm to walk in the rain.
And one thing that I love is watching the tiny clear drops on the vegetation. That really fascinates me !
There was a swimming pool at the hotel, looking so perfect in this exotic atmosphere. Its dark blue color was even more beautiful on a cloudy day.
Another nice place on the island was the spa. With its small individual houses and its tiny path, it was all very original and relaxing.
There also was a beautiful pond full of beautiful water lilies, and covered by raindrops, I kept on observing for quite a long time. Fascinated I told you !

Je me rends compte que j’ai vraiment pris beaucoup de photos aux Maldives.
Malgré le temps orageux qui annonçait une mousson imminente, j’ai pu tout de même me baigner ( la température de l’eau est agréable toute l’année ), et mettre à profit mon niveau advanced de plongée ( la majorité de mes photos prises sous l’eau se trouvent dans mon précédent article ).
Avec tout le temps libre dont je disposais, je me suis retrouvée à capturer toutes les jolies choses de l’île, et je peux vous dire qu’il y en avait beaucoup !
Mes articles voyage ont tendance à s’étaler un peu sur le blog, car ce sont des moments de mon existence où j’aime le plus prendre de photos.
C’est bien souvent quand je suis en vacances que je travaille le plus !
Mais pour ceux et celles qui commenceraient peut être à s’ennuyer, je ne vous oublie pas. Des articles mode viendront juste après un dernier article sur les Maldives! ;)

I just realized how many photos I took while I was in the Maldives !
Despite the stormy weather annoucing an imminent monsoon, I still could swim in the sea ( the temperature is always very pleasant anytime of the year ), and make my advanced diving licence usefull ( most of my underwater pictures were featured in my previous article ).
With all the free time I had , I found myself capturing all the beautiful things on the island, and I can tell you there was many !
My travel articles tend to spread a little bit on the blog, because exploring other countries are moments in my life when I like the most taking pictures.
It’s usually on holidays that I work the most !
But for those who may start to get bored maybe, I’m not forgetting you. Fashion posts will be back on track right after I post my last article about the Maldives! ;)
