Magical memories … that’s what I keep from the Carnival of Versailles, wich took place at the castle’s Orangerie a few days ago.
It’s been such a pleasure to slip into my Marquise dress ( Atelier Les Vertugadins ), and to have my hair and makeup done by the very talented Luc Drouen.
On 80’s music, along with Diane, Louise, Eleonore and Chloé, we spent the afternoon laughing, trying on our crinolines, and putting funny things into our very high hairstyles ( I ended up with a christmas bird in mine ).
It’s not every day that I take the time to dress up this long, but the afternoon was a party itself already and the exeptionnal place where we were spending the night was well worth the effort !
