Back to Goa !
As it was my first time in India, it was a pretty good way to get used to the country. The atmoshere is fairly relaxed, and as a foreigner, I felt freer ( especially in my way to dress ). I took most of my photos in Mandrem, where I was staying in a hut overlooking the beach. Speaking of beach, it is good to know that Goa, the mood change very quickly depending on the place ( there’s the deserted beach, the « night club » beach, the hippies beach, the one with turtles, … ).
Goa is also a region lessaffected by poverty. You can feel it is a great place to live, and honestly I wish I stayed !

L’inde !

India ! I always dreamed about it.
The awful cold winter in France and my need for sun finally made me take the plunge.
The first of my two stops: Goa
I stayed in the South, where I think the beaches are the most beautiful. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the temperature just perfect and so is the food !
Everybody rides old Royal Enfields motocycles there, and it not unusual to see old couples who probably arrived in the 60’s spinning at high speed on road lined with palm trees. The vegetation just does what she wants, and animals too ( you get used very quickly of cows wandering on the beach ).
See you soon for more photos of Goa !

One of the best memory I have from my trip to Kenya was to admire the hatching of baby turtles on a beach in the morning.
It was very touching to see these little creatures coming out from their nest and running blindly to the vast ocean, then suddenly dissapearing under a wave.
Here ends my articles about Kenya, with some photos of Shela and Lamu.
It really is a magical land, and I wish to come back one day for other great adventures.
