La semaine dernière, soirée dégustation en présence de Kenzo Takada, à l’occasion de la sortie de la Red Box Sushi Shop.
La soirée a eu lieux dans un superbe studio Parisien, j’ai appris à faire des californian rolls, et les sushis préparés par nos deux chefs étaient à tomber !

Last week, I had the great pleasure to meet Kenzo Takada, to celebrate the Red box he created for Sushi Shop.
The evening took place in a very beautuful Parisian Studio, I learnt how to make californian rolls, and the sushis prepared by our two chefs were mouthwatering !

J’avais vu quelques photos sur le blog de Betty également, quelle chance d’avoir pu apprendre l’art du sushi avec Kenzo (cherry on the cake). Il y a un sushi au caviar, mon dieu, il me fait de l’oeil, j’ai presque failli me le faire livrer samedi soir, mais 29€ la pièce, outch.
