Pour ceux qui connaissent le film Emmanuelle, vous aurez sans doute saisi le clin d’œil dès la première photo ! ( Et non, pas de nudité ! )
J’ai toujours rêvé d’avoir un de ces immenses sièges en rotin chez moi. Ils ont une telle prestance et débordent d’exotisme.
Lorsque je séjournais à Moorea, il y en avait un très beau dans la maison qu’on louait.
Depuis que je suis rentrée en France, j’en cherche un similaire mais mes recherches n’ont pas été très concluante.
Je continuerais à chercher !

For those who know the movie Emmanuelle, you probably got the hint from the very first photo. ( And no, no naked bodies ! )
I always dreamed of having one of these big chairs at home. They look so classy and exotic !
One of the most beautiful one was sitting in the house we rented in Moorea, and since I came back to France, I’ve been on the lookout to find my own.
My searches didn’t end in anything satisfying, but I will keep an eye out !

The love boat

L’un des moments les plus cool de ce séjour en Polynésie, c’était une croisière en bateau pour passer d’île en île, avec comme dernier stop Bora Bora.
On a fait des courses pour plusieurs jours en mer, et toute la famille à embarqué à bord d’un grand catamaran. Avec leurs propres cabines et le pont faisant office du meilleur terrain de jeu, les enfants étaient surexcités!
C’était la deuxième fois que je me retrouvais à Bora Bora, avec un angle de vue bien différent de mon premier séjour ( où nous avions réservé dans un hôtel sur pilotis ). D’un bateau, le paysage est tout autre !
Les différents membres de la famille se relayaient entre préparation des repas et navigation, avec bien sûr quelques pauses pour plonger dans l’eau bleue si emblématique du lagon.

One of the coolest moments during this Polynesian trip was an island hopping sail boat trip, arriving in Bora Bora.
We made some grocery shopping for severeal days at sea, and the whole family boarded a big catamaran. With their own cabins, deck as playground, the kids were really excited!
It was my second time in Bora Bora, and very different from my first stay ( we stayed in an overwater bungalow ). On a boat, the landscape is something else.
family members shared their skills in cooking and navigation, with of course a few stops to enjoy the emblematic blue water of the lagoon.
