Moi qui n’imaginais pas retourner à Disneyland Paris avant les deux ans d’Iris, voilà que ça devient presque ma deuxième maison !

Vous l’aurez sans doute aperçu sur mon Instagram, j’ai eu le plaisir d’y retourner le weekend dernier pour assister à la première de » La Forêt de l’Enchantement« .
Un tout nouveau spectacle au Chaparral Theater de Frontierland au parc Disneyland.
Une aventure musicale Disney sous le signe de la nature, avec de superbes décors, qui se déplient comme un livre pop up au fil des histoires.
J’ai vraiment aimé les performances live et très variées des artistes.
Pocahontas et Raiponce chantent avec entrain , Tarzan nous fait tourner la tête avec ses acrobaties, Mérida tire des flèches magiques, et on est emporté par la drôlerie de Baloo et du Roi Louie qui dansent comme dans une comédie musicale de Broadway. Ce dernier numéro, plein d’entrain, était mon préféré!
Si vous souhaitez y assister, sachez que le spectacle aura lieu 5 fois par jour jusqu’au 8 mai 2016.

Ce weekend a également été l’occasion de nous retrouver une nouvelle fois en famille et entre amis, dans des conditions dignes d’un conte de fée.
C’était notre deuxième nuit au Disneyland Hotel, et on en a profité cette fois pour aller faire un petit tour à la piscine. Une parenthèse bien agréable avec le temps épouvantable qu’il faisait dehors !

Heureusement j’avais prévu la panoplie complète pour braver cette pluie torrentielle. Cirés et bottes … évidemment assortis :p

une petite surprise nous attendait également au parc… les œufs de pâques étaient de sortie , et ça a été particulièrement amusant de les chercher !

Disneyland Paris is turning into my second home, and it’s funny especially knowing that I didn’t plan to go back until Iris would turn two !

You probably saw it on my Instagram, I was back to the park last week end to attend the Premiere of » The Forest of Enchantements« , the very new show at the Chaparral Theater in Disneyland’s Frontierland.
A Disney musical adventure which takes its inspiration to nature, with beautiful decors that unfold like a pop up book over the stories.
I really enjoyed the wide variety and live performances of the artists.
Pocahontas and Rapunzel sing, Tarzan makes us dizzy with its acrobatics, Mérida shoots magical arrows, and we are carried away by Baloo and King Louie who dance like in a Broadway musical. This was the funniest, and my favourite moment !

This weekend was also the opportunity to spend some good times with my little family and friends.
It was the second time we spent a night at the Disneyland Hotel, and it felt like a fairy tale once again. The weather was awful, so we decided to take a little break at the pool.

Luckily enough, the rain didn’t stop us from two days of amusement as we were equipped with the best rain boots and raincoats… matching of course !

Also a little surprise was waiting for us inside the park. Easter eggs were here, and it was a lot of fun to find where each of them were hiding !

Mon nouvel accessoire favori après les chaussures et les sacs ?

C’est toujours un sujet de discussion très animé avec mon entourage et mes copines maman. Il faut dire que j’en ai pas moins de cinq !
C’est beaucoup, et pourtant chacune d’elles sont différentes et me rendent service à leur façon.
Le Landau Inglesina tellement chic qui m’a beaucoup servi quand Iris était toute petite ( j’utilisais la nacelle comme lit la nuit ), la Priam de Cybex très design et infiniment pratique qui me suit partout en ville, la Yoyo babyzen qui me sert beaucoup en déplacements. Sans oublier notre poussette Aprica Mickey ramenée du Japon, le « carrosse » officiel d’Iris lors de nos sorties à Disneyland.

Une grande famille déjà, et pourtant nous avons une nouvelle venue: la Peach 3 de la marque anglaise iCandy.
C’est la mignonne de la fratrie, avec son design « kawaï » et ses couleurs douces.
Lorsque la marque m’a contacté, j’ai pu choisir ce modèle de la » Designer Collection Classic Edition« , inspirée des jolis vélo vintage.

Cette poussette fait tellement fraîche et printanière que j’ai hâte que les beaux jours arrivent pour la sortir régulièrement. Moi qui aime tant tout assortir, mieux qu’un sac à main, elle serait divine avec une petite robe à fleurs non ?

It’s always a popular subject to discuss with my family and mom friends.
And you can easily see why… I have five at the moment !
It’s a lot, but each of them are extremely useful in their own way.
The Inglesina Pram which is so chic and that we also used as a bed when Iris was tiny, my Cybex Priam that I love and that follow me everywhere in the city, the Babyzen Yoyo that is basically my best friend while traveling, and of course our Aprica Mickey stroller brought from Japan, which is Iris’ official « princess coach » during our gateways in Disneyland.

A big family already, yet we have a lovely new addition: The Peach 3 by British brand iCandy.
It’s the cute one, with its kawaï design and sweet colours.
When the brand contacted me, I got the chance to choose the one from the Designer Collection Classic Edition, inspired by beautiful vintage bicycles.

This stroller looks so fresh and springy that I just can’t wait for warmer days to arrive.
Better than an handbag, this stroller would look so lovely with a floral dress, don’t you think ? ;p

Dernière étape de cette petite excursion Londonienne: le Harry Potter Studio Tour, que je voulais visiter depuis longtemps.
J’ai pu m’y rendre sur un coup de chance, car des places se sont libérées juste deux jours avant, alors qu’il faut réserver ses billets en général un bon mois en avance, surtout un samedi !

Si vous y êtes déjà allé, vous retrouverez l’ambiance avec plaisir.
Si vous n’y êtes jamais allé et comptez vous y rendre, deux choix s’offrent à vous:

Nous étions fin janvier, et j’étais ravie de voir que les décorations de Noël du Great Hall avaient été conservées. De quoi prolonger la magie de Noël à Poudlard un tout petit peu plus longtemps.
Alan Rickman nous avait quitté juste quelques jours auparavant. C’était donc particulièrement émouvant de retrouver sa silhouette si reconnaissable tout au long du parcours dans différents décors.

J’avoue que j’appréhendais un peu cette visite. Mon chéri n’étant pas particulièrement fan d’Harry Potter, j’avais peur qu’il s’ennuie et qu’Iris perde également patience, sachant qu’on allait rester au moins 3 heures.
Et finalement, étant donné qu’il était toujours derrière ( c’est toujours moi d’habitude ! ), j’en ai déduit que ça lui a plutôt plu ! Et Iris qui réclame en général à manger toutes les deux heures n’a pas bronché une seconde.
Le Harry Potter Studio tour, comme son nom l’indique, met vraiment l’accent sur le tournage des films, là où les parcs en Floride et au Japon sont vraiment des parcs d’attraction.
Avec plein de décors, costumes, props, vidéos, maquettes, et petits effets spéciaux en live, même ceux qui ne sont pas familiers à cet univers trouvent de quoi se divertir.

Après m’être retenue d’acheter une baguette lors de mes visites aux parcs Harry Potter à Orlando et à Osaka, j’ai finalement capitulé, et me suis offerte celle qui me semblait me corresponde le plus: la baguette de Fleur Delacour.
En revanche je n’ai pas craqué pour une Butterbeer cette fois ci, le goût ne m’ayant pas du tout plu lorsque je l’ai goûtée au parc d’Osaka !
A la place, j’ai préféré prendre la « lunch box » en forme de Knight Bus. Et oui je suis une vraie petite fille!

Last stop of this London trip: the Harry Potter Studio Tour, that I’ve been longing to visit for a long time.
I was extremely lucky to get there actually, as I scored some tickets just two days before while it usually takes at least one month, especially on a Saturday !

If you’ve been there before, you will be quite pleased to see the photos, I suppose.
If you haven’t and plan to, then you have two choices:
You want to keep the most complete surprise, and in that case I invite you to close this page.
Or you’re a little bit curious and would like to get a little preview. To be honest the place was so big, my photos represent only a ridiculously tiny part of it.

It was the end of January when we went, and I was delighted to see the Christmas decoration were still remaining in The Great Hall. A little Christmas magic at Hogwarts doesn’t hurt !
Alan Rickman died just a few days before, so it was particularly moving to see his very recognizable silhouette, a flower at his feet.

I have to admit I was going there with a little apprehension. My husband is not particularly a fan of Harry Potter, and I was a little bit scared he would get bored.
But in the end, he was always behind me, which usually never happens ! Even Iris who usually asks to eat every two hours totally forgot about food.
The Harry Potter Studio Tour, as its name suggest, really focuses on how the movies were made ( where the Harry Potter parks in Florida and Japan really are themed parks with rollercoasters ).
With plenty of decors, props, videos, special effects, costumes, models… even someone who doesn’t know anything about the Harry Potter world can easily be entertained.

After refraining myself from buying a wand on two occasions, while at the Harry Potter parks in Orlando and Osaka, I finally capitulated and got myself the one that I think fits me the best: the Fleur Delacour’s wand.
But this time I didn’t get another Butterbeer, as I really didn’t like how it tasted when I tried it in Osaka. Instead, I bought the Knight Bus lunch box. Yes I’m such a kid !
